“Women dans le Street” ( 1915 ) a un fond chartreuse surprenant avec une robe vert forêt sombre et une robe bleu profond portée par les prostituées familières , encadré à nouveau au centre . Un homme plutôt efféminé se tient à droite , se mélangeant presque avec les femmes , mais son pantalon furtivement sous son manteau et son chapeau melon révèle son vrai sexe . Il regarde sagement vers la femme green’s pieds pendant qu'elle et son compagnon nous regardent avec audace , bouleversant les règles traditionnelles de genre , tout en attirant l'attention sur la viewer’s propre participation au jeu voyeuriste .
